5. DESTRUCTION AND ANONYMIZATION OF PERSONAL INFORMATION
The Company destroys or anonymizes personal information without undue delay when it becomes unnecessary, such as when the retention period has elapsed or the processing purpose has been achieved.
Even if the retention period has elapsed or the processing purpose has been achieved, if personal information must continue to be retained in accordance with other laws and regulations, the personal information will be moved to a separate database or stored in a different location.
The Company selects personal information for destruction with the approval of the Privacy Officer and ensure secure.
Printed materials and documents containing personal information are destroyed by shredding or incineration. Electronic files are permanently deleted using methods that make restoration impossible.
